Michael L. Breen has practiced law since 1974. He is admitted in the state courts of New York and the U.S. District Court Northern District of New York. Mr. Breen has been a solo attorney almost all of his career, developing a broad practice and gaining experience in many areas of the law. He assists clients with contracts, business and commercial law, elder law, estate planning, trusts and wills, probate and estate administration, real estate, construction law, land use and zoning, and state, local and municipal law. He also represents clients who have issues of personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, criminal law, such as traffic violations, and family law, including divorce and adoption.
Mr. Breen is a member of the New York Bar Association and a graduate of Albany Law School Union University. As an undergraduate, he obtained a Bachelor's Degree With Distinction from St. Lawrence University. He has been active as the Chairman of the Schoharie County Historical Society and is fluent in American Sign Language.
